A legal disclaimer
Guest Policies
1. Check-in and Check-out: Please adhere to our check-in time between 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 noon at the latest.
2. Early Check-in and Late Check-out: These are not permitted.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
4. Pets: Pets are allowed as long as they are wearing pampers. There is a charge of Php 1,000 per dog.
5. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange the furniture.
6. Waste Disposal: Help us take care of the environment by disposing of trash properly. There are lidded bins for biodegradable waste in the kitchen and recycling bins outside for non-biodegradable waste. Our caretakers are available to assist if needed.
7. Cleanliness: Our home is not a full-service hotel. Kindly clean up after yourselves when dining.
Security Deposit
1. Amount: The security deposit is Php 2,000.00.
2. Damages or Missing Items: If any damage occurs or an item is missing, the host will claim the cost from the security deposit.
3. Misplaced Items: If you misplace an item, we encourage you to return it rather than be fined.
4. Excessive Damage: If damage or loss exceeds Php 5,000.00, the owners/hosts reserve the right to fine guests until the full amount is repaid.
Events, Parties, and Gatherings
1. House Events: We do not allow parties or events inside the house. For events, a separate package is available. Please contact the hosts for details. Only the front garden can be used for such events.
2. Event Setup: We do not provide tents, tables, chairs, or event supplies. Guests must provide these or hire a supplier.
3. Caretakers’ Assistance: Our caretakers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property and are not obligated to assist with event setup. If you need their help, please inquire directly about their rates.
4. Garden Protection: Guests and their staff are prohibited from removing, uprooting, or rearranging the plants in the gardens. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. If plants interfere with your setup, please contact the hosts for a possible cancellation.
5. Weather Interruptions: We do not offer refunds or discounts if events are disrupted by bad weather or natural disasters.
Visitors
1. An additional charge of ₱1,500 will apply for each guest exceeding the 15-person limit.
Adequate Disclosure
We reserve the right to fine guests who fail to properly disclose their stay intentions or violate house rules.
1. Undisclosed Events: Any undisclosed event setup will result in a Php 10,000.00 fine.
2. Pet Violation: Bringing pets into the house without pampers will result in a Php 5,000.00 fine.
Holiday Season
During the holiday season, the house will be decorated with festive wreaths, garlands, and a tree with prop gifts. Guests are welcome to take photographs with the decorations. However, any damage to these items will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Decorating: Guests are not permitted to remove or reapply decorations to avoid potential damage.

Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any form of illegal activity within the property is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the use or possession of illegal substances, vandalism, theft, and any actions that violate local laws. Violators will be reported to authorities and will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund.
